Responsibilities

  • Manage project and site activities, attend project meetings
  • Perform equipment set up, start-up and commissioning
  • Oversee project implementation to ensure the successful and smooth delivery of systems/projects through effective planning, including management and deployment of resources
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment faults after project handover
  • Familiar with Singapore safety regulations and processes, prepare and submit project safety documents
  • Manage project-related submission and paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Works closely with the Project Team, Manufacturers and Vendors to deliver Customer’s expectation within timeline
  • Involves in technical specifications review of the project scope
  • Continuous improvement on the project tracking method and reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
  • Provide operational and maintenance training to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
  • A team player also able to work independently within tight deadlines
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Able to perform hand-on physical works
  • Willing to work long or irregular hours if required
  • Willing to travel if required
  • Motivated personality

Responsibilities

  • To perform periodic service and maintenance of CRAC and WDS system
  • To diagnose and troubleshoot system hardware and software fault and alarm
  • To identify cause of fault and and recommend solution to client
  • To complete service report after each servicing or E-call
  • To perform standby and response to e-calls promptly
  • To provide technical support to clients
  • To ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties
  • To submit reports on work activities and progress of work to the supervisor
  • To provide onsite training on OMM of equipment
  • To perform proper filing, documentation and tracking of all reports
  • To liaise with customer engineering department to ensure company
    procedures and quality guidelines are followed
  • To maintain good relationship with site engineer
  • To review “Events and Actions” on site and implement remedial actions where needed
  • To manage contractors work on site to ensure adherence to procedures
  • To be involved and carry out planning, execution and updates for all daily work including weekly/monthly report submission
  • To perform standby for equipment power up and down
  • To adhere to safety rules & regulations in a data center environment
  • To support ad-hoc activities assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome
  • At least 2 years experience of maintenance works, experience in ACMV system is an advantage
  • Willing to work on odd hours as and when needed, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings, per maintenance requirements
  • Possessed good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works
  • Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude
  • Physically capable, able to do hands-on work
  • Good written and oral communications skills,
  • Motivated with effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team players and ability to prioritise work efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit tender & project technical proposal, compliance list and data sheet
  • Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure product specifications is met
  • Attend site survey and data gathering
  • Prepare technical presentation
  • Attend project and technical meeting
  • Perform pre sale/design of product and system technical evaluation and selection
  • Perform testing and commissioning of system
  • Analyse, troubleshoot and provide resolution for product & system related issues
  • Provide alternative solution for product issues
  • Provide product update to internal department
  • Provide product training to client and internal department
  • Generate and update equipment, hardware and software records
  • Prepare incident analysis report
  • Coordinate and review with the project team and consultants to ensure Technical Submissions are in accordance to the specifications and requirements
  • Assist in product innovation and improvement tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, fresh graduates may apply however relevant working experiences is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM software
  • Good interpersonal skills, coordination, pro-active in problem solving and follow-up
  • Able to work independently and within tight deadlines
  • Willing to work long or irregular hours if required
  • Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude
  • Able to work in construction site
  • Able to travel overseas for meeting and inspection
